Who can rent a golf cart?
The Primary Renter must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.How do I reserve a golf cart?
Reservations can be made online through our booking system or by calling us directly. Online reservations are confirmed upon payment. For phone reservations, please call us for availability and booking details. Walk-ins are also welcome, subject to availability.What happens after I make a reservation?
After your reservation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your rental details, pickup instructions, and any additional information needed before your rental begins.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online booking system. ATH Móvil & cash are also accepted.Is there a security deposit?
A refundable authorization hold is placed at pickup: $49/cart for rentals up to 24 hours. $99/cart for 48 hour rentals, and $149/cart for 72 hour rentals. This is an authorization hold only and is not a charge, unless applicable fees, damages, or other charges occur.When is the security deposit released?
Most authorization holds are released within 3–5 business days after the rental ends. Processing times may vary by financial institution.Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined during the booking process and in the rental agreement.Do you offer refunds?

Pickup & Return

Where do I pick up my golf cart?
Pickup instructions are provided after your reservation is confirmed. All rentals are pickup only and delivery is not currently available.What identification is required at pickup?

Yes. All renters are required to complete a digital rental agreement and liability waiver before operating the vehicle.How long does the pickup process take?
Most pickups take approximately 5–10 minutes and include identity verification, completion of required documents, and a brief vehicle orientation.What happens if I miss my pickup time?
Reservations remain subject to the scheduled rental period. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us as soon as possible.What happens if I return the golf cart late?
Late fees may apply according to the rental agreement. We recommend returning the vehicle on time to avoid additional charges.Do you offer delivery?
No. All rentals are pickup only at this time.

Drivers & Passengers

Does every driver need a driver’s license?
Yes. Any person operating the vehicle must have a valid driver’s license and be authorized by Golf Carts of Isabela.Can more than one person drive?
Yes. Additional authorized drivers may be added during the rental process. Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle.Can I let a friend or family member drive the golf cart?
Only drivers authorized by Golf Carts of Isabela may operate the vehicle.What happens if an unauthorized driver operates the golf cart?
Allowing an unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle may result in additional fees, termination of the rental, and liability for damages.How many passengers can ride in a golf cart?
Passenger limits vary by vehicle. The golf cart may never be operated beyond its designated seating capacity.Are children allowed?
Yes. Children may ride as passengers when properly supervised and when all applicable age, seating, and safety requirements are met. Please refer to our Rental Agreement for complete requirements regarding children and minors.Can I bring pets?

Vehicle Use & Safety

Where can I drive the golf cart?
Golf carts may only be operated within approved low-speed areas and designated routes. Operation on prohibited roads, highways, or restricted areas is not permitted.Can I drive on highways?
No. Golf carts may not be operated on highways or any roads where they are not legally permitted.Can I take the golf cart off-road?
No. Off-road use, beaches, sand dunes, soft terrain, trails, and similar areas are prohibited.Are golf carts street legal?
Our vehicles are equipped and operated in accordance with applicable laws and regulations for permitted low-speed vehicle operation.Are seat belts required?
Yes. All occupants must comply with applicable safety requirements and use seat belts when equipped.Is fuel included?
Yes. Fuel is included for all hourly rentals (normal use). Rentals of 12 hours or longer include one tank of gas only. Additional gas is the renter's responsibilityCan I take the golf cart outside of Isabela?
